No, Holga is not a girl. It is a type of camera. I was musing today on how to turn one of my old digital cameras into a pinhole camera when I remembered my old Holga camera buried in our “equipment cove”. The camera is basically a junky 120 film camera prized for its ability to take images that are gritty and vignetted thanks to the cheap plastic lens. I did some research and found that some people are modifying the lenses to work on digital SLR’s. After breaking the lens of off the camera and figuring how to start the retrofit I can across some of my filter setups from the days of film. After some trial and error I have started to move towards the look I was hoping to get.
